One of the last songs recorded my senior year in college, this is the only song for which I do not have all of the raw audio and midi files. This is due to a major hardware crash in the recording studio the week after I finished what is now known as the final mix of this track. Unfortunately, I wasn't really done with it. You can hear some distortion on the high hats, and I somehow left off the original last verse from the recording. Today, I'm not sure I'd be able to find the notebook where I wrote the last verse. And so it becomes a little piece of my history.

This song was written with a very specific audience in mind. I still think fondly of the time we had together, but it just wasn't meant to be.
